The breakfast was fine for me because I was ok with the Mexican options. My wife is on a restricted diet so pancakes and scrambled eggs got a bit repetitive for her. The staff were excellent specially Emmanuel.

Room cleaning was a bit haphazard to coordinate.

A good place for a short stay.

The hotel was fine, It's not a fancy hotel but It have all that you need to stay one o two nigth. The room was very clean and the employees were very friendly. I think It's a good place if you are going to playa del Carmen for business or travel alone, so it is not a good idea to go with children.

All is good is you want to stay one o two days.

Good location, great breakfast, facilities need a little of a remodellation.

Breakfast was amazing, very good variety, and they´re always re filling. The pool is nice with a lot of space, the staff always great in Mexico.

The beds smell a little bit like moho, specially the pillows , we had to ask for some new ones.

Nice stay, but quite noisy due to the layout of the hotel

The room was massive, a very good size, and seemed fairly clean. We we provided with 1 bottle of water each day, which was there for us to make use of the coffee machine I believe. There was a lot of choice at breakfast and the food was replenished often. The staff were also very helpful. The pool was good, quite small but it never seemed too busy.

The sheets on the bed were somewhat stained, which was a little concerning. We also struggled with the noise as our room was not far from reception (the hotel is quite open-plan, therefore the noise from downstairs in reception and the breakfast room carries upstairs and around the rooms that are nearer to reception). We found it quite noisy and therefore had to keep the aircon on at a high level all the time to try and drown out the noise. We were also charged more for our room than had been quoted/confirmed on booking.com which is somewhat disappointing.

Great place to stay, comfortable to be there and good location to move on tours.

Excellent location, just 15 min from ferry to Cozumel, 5 min by car to 5th Ave (center), and in main road to go either tulum, cancun, or any beach/cenotes. Good price/quality.

They only accept pay in property, and at the moment of my arrival didn’t accept 100usd bills. There was a huge difference between the reserv price and amount at property (around 70 usd). Fortunately when paying in MX$, the dif was 40usd so I recommend go to bank, exchange and pay.
