It’s OK for the cost. Could be better.

The location is very convenient. Plenty of breakfast options.

Needs maintenance. Towels are pretty old, one of them had a huge rip in the middle and it was still left for us to use. Walls and signs need careful repainting.

Ok for one night before you flight back to home

We booked half year before and as we arrived the receptionist informed us, that the hotel is already overbooked... but we got a room after "some" Diskcussions.

Is ok, a few details.

Breakfast included was ok. Coffee was more water than coffee.

I asked two times to have a hairdryer as it was already included in the price, but they never provided it. The bathroom towel for the floor, was taken from the first day of cleaning, I did not like it because it was very easy to get water all over the floor since curtain is too short.

It was a great place for our one night stop over. Fairly priced, quiet and close to everything year far enough away that

The property was located away from all the busy downtown streets yet close enough to walk there. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. The room was clean. They held our luggage after checking out so we could explore town until it was time to catch our bus.

We were charged for drinking the small bottles of water yet there was no sign informing us that there would be a charge.

The breakfast was fine for me because I was ok with the Mexican options. My wife is on a restricted diet so pancakes and scrambled eggs got a bit repetitive for her. The staff were excellent specially Emmanuel.

Room cleaning was a bit haphazard to coordinate.

A good place for a short stay.

The hotel was fine, It's not a fancy hotel but It have all that you need to stay one o two nigth. The room was very clean and the employees were very friendly. I think It's a good place if you are going to playa del Carmen for business or travel alone, so it is not a good idea to go with children.

All is good is you want to stay one o two days.
